Awakening Mind Essence in This Life and the Bardo - Nova Scotia

In our daily lives, every moment offers us the possibility to realize the essence of our mind nature. In this retreat, Tsoknyi Rinpoche teaches how to skillfully practice the teachings of Dzogchen to prepare for the bardo experience.
This is an advanced retreat. Qualifications are: a full open retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche or Mingyur Rinpoche where pointing out instructions were given or long-term students of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. Students who attended all of Rinpoche’s teachings at the Halifax Shambhala Center in 2012 are eligible to register for this advanced retreat.

If students are enrolled in the Membership Program, they are guaranteed a space in the retreat only if they register within the first three (3) months that registration for that retreat has been open.
Accommodations at the ABCC Center in Cornwallis, Canada includes hotel-style rooms with single, double and shared “hostel” accommodation options. The residences are well taken care of and offer housekeeping services mid-week. Each residence includes common lounge areas and kitchenette facilities with amenities such as fridge, ice machine, toaster, tea kettle and microwave. Free laundry facilities are also available – laundry detergent not included.
Each guest room offers complimentary Wi-Fi internet.
Accommodations are for 6 nights – arriving on the afternoon (2:00 p.m.) of November 2nd for check-in and departing on the morning (11:00 a.m.) of November 8th. If you require an extended stay outside of these dates/times, please indicate in the “Special Requests” section of your ABCC registration and the Center will contact you.
All meals are included with your registration at the ABCC Center beginning with a light snack during registration time (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) on November 2nd. The first meal will be dinner on November 2nd and the last meal provided will be breakfast on November 8th.
