Are you an ordained Buddhist nun or monk?	Yes No
Are you terminally ill and have every reason to beleive this will be your last in person retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche?	Yes No We will do our best to accommodate those who are ill and may not have another chance to see Tsoknyi Rinpoche, however, due to high demand and limited seats, we may not be able to accommodate everyone.
Have you attended an in-person retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche before?	Yes No - I have attended online teachings but never in-person No - I have never attended either online or in-person
Have you received the Pointing Out Instructions before?	Yes No I don't think so, I'm not sure what this means (that's perfectly OK!) Pointing out instructions are only given in-person from Dzogchen, Mahamudra, and Vajrayana masters.
Have you attended an in-person Open Retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche before where the Pointing Out Instructions were given?	Yes No To attend the Advanced Practice Retreat, you must have attended an in-person Open Retreat with Tsoknyi Rinpoche before. If you have not, please sign up for the Open Retreat instead. If you believe that you are an exception, continue with registration and contact the registrar@pundarika.org when you are done.
If you do not get into this retreat, would you like the opportunity to attend the other Crestone retreat?	Yes No, I am not able or not interested in attending the other retreat Only when the waitlist of the other retreat has completely cleared and there are still available seats will we contact people (first come, first served) to see if they would like to attend the other retreat. This is not likely to happen until late in the summer.
Would you like to and be able to attend both Crestone retreats?	Yes Due to time and circumstances, I am only able to attend one retreat You may only register for one in person Crestone retreat. Only when the waitlist completely clears, and there are still seats available, and everyone has had the chance to register for at least one retreat, will we contact people who wish to attend both retreats. Priority for these opportunities, if they come about, will go to those enrolled in the Pundarika Membership program.
